Are you looking for a great opportunity in Product Marketing? Join Kahoot!'s dynamic and innovative customer experience team as a Product Marketing Manager, Large Accounts.
This position is located in Austin, US, and the Product Marketing Manager reports to the Chief Experience Officer in Oslo.
About the role:
The Product Marketing Manager, Large Accounts will work closely with key teams throughout Kahoot! (globally) to optimize the commercial opportunities and deliveries for our large account offerings. You will be responsible for driving enterprise demand & sales enablement through lead generation supporting assisted sales, and will drive, produce, and align activities across segments for our professional brands. In this role, you will need to define and follow up on key performance indicators, and report on relevant areas including lead generation key aspects, marketing performance, and campaign outcomes.
Your main duties as a Product Marketing Manager, Large Accounts will be:
- Define and implement marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives for lead generation, building a quality pipeline for the assisted sales team
- Work in collaboration with those responsible for customer reference production, and ensure sufficient output and use of these to attract new customers and expansion of existing customers
- Define and produce ready-to-use sales enablement material for our enterprise offerings
- Cross-functional collaboration with leadership, product, sales, and support to define, produce, and implement go-to-market strategies and achieve business objectives
- Ensure high quality across all initiatives
- Plan, align, and report on all Large Account activities with and for our senior management
- Define personas and other key stakeholders for communication through close and frequent dialogue with customers
- Create value propositions and unique selling points aligned with personas, service capabilities, and roadmaps
- Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to support Assisted Sales
- Analyze marketing performance and campaign outcomes, and identify trends
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Provide efficient and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Reseller Program with customer ready sales-material
The Product Marketing Manager, Large Accounts duties include other duties reasonably associated with the position. The Employer may change the duties as required from time to time.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, branding or similar
- Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English a must
- Analytical with a strong understanding of business and commercialization
- A good understanding of and passion for technology and customer communication is a must
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Structured, self-driven, and not afraid to act on initiative
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the software industry
- Experience in B2B Software / SaaS is a definite plus
