As a Real Estate Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Real Estate Managers across the United States. You will be responsible for coordinating the development of real estate site packages and ensuring their completion for presentation to the weekly Real Estate Committee. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external departments.
As the Real Estate Coordinator, you will:
- Provide dedicated support to Real Estate Managers by assisting in the identification and evaluation of potential development opportunities in target markets.
- Collaborate closely with the Legal/Asset Management team to ensure seamless coordination and compliance throughout the Lease process.
- Work hand-in-hand with the design team to facilitate test fits for individual sites, ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate the preparation of comprehensive real estate site packages, leveraging insights from Real Estate Managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage administrative tasks related to project documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance, supporting Real Estate Managers in maintaining project timelines and milestones.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external consultants, and third-party vendors, fostering effective communication and collaboration to drive project success.
- Assist in coordinating due diligence activities, including municipal zoning/overlay analysis, environmental assessments, and regulatory compliance reviews, under the guidance of Real Estate Managers.
- Prepare project updates and status reports, leveraging insights gathered through close collaboration with Real Estate Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external industry partners, providing valuable support to Real Estate Managers in navigating overall project development and approval processes.
We're excited about you because...
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in development, real estate, analytics, or related field.
- You have an undergraduate degree in Real Estate or Business (preferred).
- You have general knowledge of Real Estate Development principles and processes, as well as sales forecasting and mapping software.
- You can read and interpret LOI's, Site Plans, Title Reports, Environmental Reports and Contracts.
- You are organized and have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- You can learn and navigate GIS/Mobilytic software.
- You have strong mathematical and analytical skills and attention to detail
- You have solid interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
- You have a strong work ethic and core values.
