Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s business, organization, and objectives to tailor recruitment services accordingly.
- Steer projects adeptly from inception to completion, ensuring quality assurance in daily recruitment activities and achieving project deliverables in alignment with established KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Foresee and mitigate risks at both micro and macro levels within the project, ensuring smooth progression and delivery.
- Cultivate trust and confidence among key client stakeholders through effective relationship building, and manage client communications efficiently.
- Continuously explore avenues to enhance customer satisfaction, reflecting our client's commitment to superior service.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose constructive changes, including change management steps to ensure seamless implementation.
- Prepare for and engage actively in project reviews with clients and senior management, ensuring effective communication of relevant project information to superiors and timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure timely updates to all systems by the delivery project team, conduct ad hoc quality checks for data accuracy and completeness in the systems.
- Collaborate with the Project Director to develop value-added reporting for our client, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of both internal and external reports against pre-established deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, including management of a recruiting team.
- Profound understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and reporting standards.
- Familiarity with SLAs/SOW as it pertains to our business.
- Computer proficiency, especially in MS Office Suite and a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a delivery team.
- Ability to analyze complex data, and develop sound recommendations and solutions.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple responsibilities efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment.
- Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills, both one-on-one with clients and in larger group settings.
- Strong customer and results orientation, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels and diverse cultures.
- Exhibits energy, confidence, maturity, and interpersonal sensitivity.
