Requirements
This position's responsibilities include:
- making five hours a day of outbound calls to potential customers
- training on specific scripted techniques and putting them into practice
- developing new leads
- creating and maintaining your client base
- sourcing parts
- creating quotes and sales orders
- closing sales and achieving quotas
- managing open orders and returns
You will be provided with inside sales and product training, while building relationships and growing your client base. You will also work with a sales consultant to coach you on our path for success. We are specifically looking for an individual to join our team who has the potential to grow within our company by quickly demonstrating their self motivated work ethic! You'll meet weekly with your department in a group setting and 1:1 with your manager to develop personally and professionally. The growth and development of our organization depends on the growth and development of our people.
Benefits
Hybrid Compensation Plan
Salary equivalent to $70,000 / year for the six month training period. In month seven, compensation transitions to a draw based system. This draw against commission will be adjusted on a graduated scale. At month 13, the compensation becomes entirely commission-based. Commissions are uncapped.
