We are excited to launch this new role within ThisWay Global.
- job is primarily remote
- you will lead sales enablement with our internal team and with large and very large channel partners
- you will need to attend some in person strategy sessions and quarterly offsite events throughout each year
- additionally, you will need to fly to 5-6 states each year for overnight, channel partner meetings

Requirements
You must have Sales Enablement experience and a proven framework that you can show during the interviewing process.
This job requires proven Sales Enablement expertise.

We are primarily a remote team and we have unlimited paid time off so long as it is approved.
Comp will be base + commissions and bonus' with no cap on earnings.
