We’re looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our Sales Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll be enhancing the performance of our Sales team by providing tools, training, and efficiencies, bridging the gaps between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
A day in the life as a Sales Enablement Manager:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular workshops to introduce internal sales teams and reseller partners to new products and feature enhancements as they are released.
- Lead product sales training and sales enablement in support of partner representatives.
- Create and maintain sales toolkits, training materials, and resources to support the sales team and reseller partners throughout the sales cycle.
- Administer revenue team enablement software tools, such as SalesLoft, Salesforce, PandaDoc, and sales training platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and maintain a repository of sales collateral, case studies, testimonials, and other assets to support sales efforts.
- Support the onboarding and ramp-up of new sales team members by providing product sales training.
In the first year, you’ll be successful at reaching these milestones:
- Work with leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess an effective sales enablement program at Mealsuite.
- Develop effective onboarding and training programs for new sales team members.
If the below describe your knowledge, experience and character, this role could be for you:
- I have strong knowledge of sales enablement.
- I gained my knowledge through a combination of professional experience in sales, sales operations, and marketing, and I have worked for a SaaS organization.
- I have experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, PandaDoc, and/or Hubspot.
- I have experience delivering sales training programs and developing training resources.
- I have a proven ability to learn new products and features and create sales collateral to support sales efforts.
- I have ideally had exposure to the healthcare or health-tech industry; bonus points if I have experience in senior living or have used MealSuite in the past.
- I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA.
- I am curious and empathetic by nature.
