OP2 Labs, a leading consumer goods company, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the retail sector and establishing strong relationships with key retail partners. With a focus on our wide range of consumer products, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our overall sales strategy and make a significant impact on our company's success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the retail CPG sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new retail partners and distribution channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales plans and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities
- Analyze sales data and trends to develop sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports and updates to sales management on sales performance and market trends
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the retail CPG industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the retail sector, including key retail trends and competitors
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
