Full Job Description
This role is located on site in San Antonio, Texas. The Senior Back Office Supervisor will oversee and assist back-office employees in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries, mailroom operations and resolving issues or complaints. The Back Office Senior Supervisor will monitor performance standards and give feedback, when necessary, to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate will have Mailroom, Contact Center, BPO or Back Office Supervisory experience. This candidate must be a team player and have solid supervisory experience.
A day in the life of our Senior Supervisor role consists of managing a team of assigned back-office associates and ensures they comply with client requirements through documented procedures, work instructions, and business rules. A Senior Supervisor monitors work guidance and performance measures to meet Service Level Agreements for the assigned projects. A Senior Back Office Supervisor will monitor the quality of service provided through quality control reporting and client feedback. A Senior Supervisor conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. The salary for this role is $60,000
Requirements
- At least 4 years of back-office field experience with 2 of those years as a Back Office Supervisor
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
