Full Job Description
Futurex is seeking an experienced engineering project manager to assist in the coordination of the software development lifecycle. This position is on-site at Futurex’s Engineering Campus in Bulverde, 15 miles north of San Antonio, Texas. The role involves tracking and reporting on maintenance release schedules, as well as tracking and coordinating collaboration between the engineering team and external departments.

Primary Responsibilities:- Maintain Jira and Confluence tracking for maintenance release schedule
- Create and maintain charts to provide status updates for stakeholders
- Help coordinate scheduling of engineering change requests
- Track and follow up on outside-engineering roadblocks
Requirements
Essential
- 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in software development or engineering field
- Professional, responsible, and organized
- Ability to be an influential member of a team composed of both technical and non-technical members
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience using enterprise tools such as JIRA and Confluence
