About the role
The Account Manager is a role critical to our company’s growth. You must be a smart, resourceful, and sales-focused individual, with an ability to forge lasting client relationships. As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for upselling InfoTrack’s products and making sure InfoTrack meets the needs of its portfolio of legal clients and customers, communicating how InfoTrack’s solution can help them improve internal efficiency, and setting their law firms up for ongoing success. You will grow, retain and diversify the value delivered to our clients, ultimately growing revenue as a result. You will be responsible for owning, growing and nurturing a group of existing accounts. Success in this role will, therefore, require that you are passionate about delivering sales excellence through every step of the account management process. We communicate with clients remotely, so you will spend most of your time on the phone or on video calls.
Responsibilities
Revenue-generating activities - Identifying gaps in existing clients’ product usage and strategizing initiatives to increase revenue.
- Frequent outreach - Communicating with customers daily and seeking out opportunities to assist them and grow value.
- Understanding targets and metrics - Performing against your quota
- Customer-focused nurturing - Ensuring that the client’s perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities; crafting and implementing service practices that meet client and business needs.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction - Supporting customers throughout their relationship with InfoTrack, seeking out and taking action on client feedback; resolving difficult issues in a timely and professional manner; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Clear communication - Clearly conveying information and ideas to individuals and groups, both internal and external.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales or account management roles, ideally selling software to professional services buyers.
- A consistent record of over-achievement versus targets and maintaining a healthy portfolio.
- A good understanding of the consultative sales approach and an appreciation of the value of building trust-based relationships with your customers
- You're a confident communicator and skilled presenter.
- You enjoy delivering live product demonstrations via video conferencing
- You're technically adept and experienced with web technologies
- Familiarity with the main tools and tactics of selling. You've used a CRM to track and manage your work (ideally Salesforce)
- You’ll really stand out if you have a solid understanding of the civil litigation process
Compensation
The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.
Base Pay
$75,000 - $90,000
