The Administrative Services Manager at The Willows Communications is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization. This role involves managing support services, optimizing administrative processes, and fostering a collaborative work environment to enhance productivity and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements administrative policies and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Supervises administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to promote professional development.
  • Manages the day-to-day administrative operations, including office management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinates facilities management, ensuring a safe and functional work environment for all employees.
  • Oversees vendor relationships and contracts for administrative services, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with various departments to streamline operations and enhance communication across the organization.
  • Prepares and manages the administrative budget, monitoring expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Conducts regular assessments of administrative processes to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements affecting administrative functions.
  • Acts as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative inquiries and issues.

Promotes a positive office culture and supports initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's Degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management or a related field, with a proven history of leadership.
    • Strong knowledge of office management procedures, organizational structure, and administrative regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
