Analyst, Accounts Receivable (Contract)

What you are accountable for: 

The Analyst, Accounts Receivable (AR) is accountable for generating positive cash flow for the organization, by ensuring prompt billing of our clients and proactively collecting payments.  This role will be to work with the Client Services team to ensure client billing protocols are followed and invoices are submitted through the appropriate channels.  When client payments are received, this individual will be responsible for applying those payments to the correct invoices on our NetSuite accounting system.   

What you are responsible for: 

• Review scopes of work (SOWs) to ensure billing and payment terms are in line with Just Global’s expectations. 
• Assist Client Finance with monthly revenue recognition. 
• Ensure successful creation of Sales Orders and Media Estimates 
• Ensure billings are generated and submitted correctly and timely. 
• Maintain and administer various client billing portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) 
• Apply customer payments on a daily basis. 
• Review of AR Aging report on a weekly basis and take action as appropriate. 
• Proactively reach out to customers for any delinquent payments. 
• Maintain up to date knowledge of all financial aspects of current client agreements including: 

• Open AR 
• Unbilled AR and/or accrued revenue 
• Work in progress 
• Deferred income 
• Media liability 

• Prepaid media

We use various market and data-driven salary sources to determine a salary range for each role. Your salary is based upon the skills and experience you bring along with the salary range established for your role. This will be discussed with you at the appropriate stage in the recruitment process. The hourly rate for this role will be $40/hr.
