As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, identifying their solar energy needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments
- Effectively present and promote our solar energy products and services
- Qualify leads by gathering necessary information and assessing their solar needs
- Schedule and manage appointments for our sales representatives
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and address any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
