I need one qualified person to do outbound calls to potential customers WHO HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED US FOR AN ESTIMATE. We have received so many leads over the last 6 months, we have not been able to properly track, follow up and service them all. I need someone to go into our CRM and reach out to the hundreds of people we have given estimates to, and some whom we never got a second appointment with to try and earn their business.

You will be also calling our thousands of satisfied customers looking for referrals. You will be paid $100 for every referal appointment.

This is a commission only position. I am paying $30 for each old lead you get us back in front of, and an additional $200 for every one that turns into a sale! This is a great opportunity for the right person.

There is also room to grow. I plan to build a team of appoint setters and phone sales reps. I will need a supervisor soon.
