Business Architect/Senior Business Architect Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes, create/review requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop and implement solutions
- Manage reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Up-to-date knowledge on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Participate in evaluating business processes, create/review requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop solutions

- Participate in meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Participate in performing requirements analysis
- Perform requirements analysis documenting and communicating the results
- Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Create and produce reports from critical business needs
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
- Drive solutions to meet business needs and requirements
- Review and direct user acceptance testing
- Manage projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
- Oversee and implement business procedures
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams
- Effectively meeting deadlines and ensuring successful implementations
Requirements
- Eastern time zone preferred
- Previous consulting or industry experience
- Expert using various project management
- Methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Understanding Business Objectives
- Analytical and Critical Thinking
- Programming Languages
- Creation of Reports and Dashboard
- Database and SQL coding
- Oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and consultative skills

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- GMP and Good Documentation Practice
- Intermediate skills with WORD (authoring/editing large technical documents with styles, tables, TOCs, track changes)

- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication capabilities
- Experience with and tolerance for high levels of challenge and change
