Extenteam is currently looking for a Business Development Executive to undertake the following tasks:
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Solicit potential customers
- Maintain client activities in CRM (HubSpot)
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Contact potential clients via phone and email
- Develop sales strategies to draw in potential customers in need of staffing
- Work with other sales executives to close deals
- Attend multiple conferences throughout the year
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not sign up for Extenteam’s staffing services
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in the Property Management/Vacation Rental industry or sales experience as a Vendor
- B2B sales experience is required
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, preferred but not required
- Proven track record of hitting sales related KPIs and quotas
- Goal oriented mind-set
- Deep understanding of the vacation rental industry is preferred but not required
- Experience using and implementing CRM tools (Hubspot is preferred)
- Analytical thinking ability to make evidence based decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong work ethic (integrity and commitment)
