Triage, an award-winning and top-ranked medical staffing agency experiencing unprecedented growth, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR). Headquartered in Omaha, NE, with an additional office in Loveland, OH, Triage is at the forefront of the healthcare industry, connecting thousands of traveling healthcare providers with facilities across all 50 states.
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the Triage Plus team who will work directly with our VP of Workforce Solutions. The BDR will be on the front lines helping to evolve and drive the sales process across a defined set of prospective healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research prospective healthcare clients.
- Generate qualified sales leads through various channels.
Relationship Building and Needs Assessment:
- Seek out, build, and nurture relationships with new clients.
- Authentically engage with clients to holistically understand pain points, business goals, and decision-making processes.
Sales Management
Sales Process Management:
- Drive the sales process from initial contact through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Collaborate with the VP of Workforce Solutions on developing and refining sales strategies.
Solution Development and Presentation:
- Deepen the client's knowledge of Triage Plus products and solutions by presenting an array of partnership opportunities from direct business, traditional MSP, and technology-driven vendor natural solutions.
- Design and propose solutions that address client challenges and align with Triage Plus objectives.
- Network and share Triage Plus offerings through effective presentations (virtual, on-site, and trade shows).
Market Expertise and Strategy
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on evolving trends.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop data-driven sales roadmaps to optimize client acquisition strategies.
Collaboration and Growth
Internal and External Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue growth goals.
Knowledge Sharing and Expertise:
- Continuously learn and share knowledge about Triage Plus offerings as a subject matter expert on revenue growth from new and existing clients.
Travel
- Travel as required (30%)
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a preference for healthcare staffing experience.
- 2+ years of expertise in MSP sales.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a track record of success with C-level executives in complex industries.
- Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adept at multitasking with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
