  • Provide ongoing feedback to management on industry trends and customer needs to refine our offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally within the healthcare or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment landscape and the challenges healthcare organizations face in finding nursing talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
