We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a CaliWalks Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat. You will provide information about our products and services, answer customer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. The ideal candidate is a friendly and empathetic individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and engage in live chat discussions to assist customers with their questions and concerns.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and provide a positive customer experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and find effective solutions.
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools to manage and track customer interactions.
- Patient and calm under pressure, with the ability to handle difficult or upset customers with professionalism.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
