Worldsensing products have been pioneering the industrial IoT since 2008. We’re looking for an outstanding Channel Account Manager to join our Sales Team.

With over 1,000 networks deployed worldwide and connecting over 65,000 sensors to the Internet of Things, our Loadsensing product is the leader in the IoT remote monitoring space.
The Loadsensing monitoring solution includes best-in-class edge devices, LoRa-based wireless connectivity and a cloud-based connectivity management platform. We also join forces with key industry players to offer software applications and solutions which engineering service providers use to add value to end customers.
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Channel Account Manager (US) to join our Worldsensing team.

Location: Remote (US southern region or west coast)
The Mission:
She/He will make sure that the products are made available in the international markets she/he is responsible for by having a clear view of what the customers need for each month and help the business predictability.
Resposibilities:
- To manage existing channel accounts:
- Maintain high level of retention for existing channel accounts.
- Generate significant revenue through upselling and cross-selling within existing channel accounts.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to minimize dissatisfaction.
- Successfully manage requirements and benefits of channel partner program policies within the designated timeframe.
- Work closely with channel partners to understand their business strategy and implement actions to support their growth. This includes identifying key targets and tactics for each industry they are focused on, aligning strategies to their objectives, and providing tailored support to enhance their capabilities and success in those markets.
- Constantly review the partner's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
- To implement sales strategy
- Achieve growth in sales within the region against set targets
- implement outlined sales strategies effectively ensuring alignment with regional objectives
- expand market penetration in targeted segments within North America
- Networking and outreach
- Engage in regular networking events or outreach activities, leveraging both existing contacts and cold outreach
- Convert cold contacts into engaged leads or partners within a reasonable time frame
- Grow personal and professional networks through consistent engagement and relationship building.
- Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, and sales, and within the given time scales.
Requirements
Requirements:
- General business training and you have at least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position internationally and in the sale of services and equipment.
- Previous experience working in a similar role within the technology or related industry is preferred: Civil engineering, Oil & Gas, Mining, Environmental.
- Proven track record of successfully managing channel accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in collaborating with channel partners to develop and implement business strategies.
- An engineering degree is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Available to travel at least 30-40% of the time.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing accounts.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of North American markets and industries, with a focus on networking and relationship building
