FreshFry has invented the world’s simplest solution for cleaning and extending the useful life of frying oil. With frying oil prices up 150% since 2020, our mission is to provide restaurants and food service establishments with sustainable and cost-effective methods for extending the life of cooking oil, reducing waste, and improving the quality of fried foods.
Position Overview:
FreshFry is seeking a collaborative and driven Channel Sales Rep to join our growing team. As a Channel Sales Rep, you will be measured by your ability to facilitate indirect and direct sales deals through our third-party resellers (Sysco, Performance Food Group, US Foods, Gordon Food Service to name a few). Job duties include developing sales strategies, educating our distribution partners and building relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small company's "rocketship growth phase" and make a significant impact on our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow FreshFry’s position in the massive foodservice distribution space
- Deploy creative sales/marketing tactics to help our product stand out
- Understand local markets and launch tactics that increase product awareness
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to motivate our distribution partners and achieve mutual case sales targets
- Prospect, prospect, prospect: you will have the support of the FreshFry team, but in 2024, creativity and persistence wins. You will apply your expertise to earn time with our target customers.
- Deliver world-class product demonstrations and custom-built presentations to all levels within our partner organizations
- The Restaurant business revolves around relationships: you will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by being an earnestly customer-centric seller.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including R&D, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including monthly and quarterly quotas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of proven success in “challenger” B2B sales, where you are replacing incumbent technology. Food service, hospitality, or technology industries preferred.
- Experience selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise clients is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively to extremely diverse audiences.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to be a customer-centric seller: “pod sellers” that pride themselves on high integrity and customer-centric behavior will do best at FreshFry!
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g.- HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
