The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, accomplished and enthusiastic Chief of Staff for the iR President, Global Business Ventures and Partnerships. Serving as the President’s right hand partner, the individual will provide comprehensive support to the President across business development, partnership management, and internal and external communications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a highly organized, responsive and effective communicator, and is eager to bring new ideas and solutions to our growing organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the proxy for the President, maintain and optimize calendar, be able to speak on their behalf and represent the President on multiple issues and subjects.
- Manage a professional, seamless environment for the organization and keep the President informed and aware of organizational issues, potential concerns, conflicts, etc.
- Efficiently prioritize heavy calendar management and be primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to coordinate complex meetings and busy schedules.
- Draft, review, and edit emails, reports, presentations, meeting agendas and other communications for the President and team.
- Assess inquiries directed to the President, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage.
- Conduct external research and develop meeting/event prep materials, agendas and recaps.
- Arrange and coordinate business travel, events, and meetings providing all necessary documents, and adapt quickly to changes in travel, schedules, or requirements.
- Track and report on department initiatives and budgets, create and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and documents, both physical and digital.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the President/team.
- Sports experience is preferred.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or related field.
- 5+ years experience in executive assistance, project management, and/or client services.
- Prior experience working for a C-Suite executive.
- Strategic, diplomatic and action-oriented, with impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management.
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and collaborate across departments.
- High proficiency using Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office (advanced Word/Excel).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Produce work with the highest level of attention to detail and follow up.
- Self-starter, taking initiative on new tasks with little guidance or oversight.
- Work collaboratively with all other remote employees to maintain a positive working corporate environment.
- The utmost level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
