Chief Scientist Officer

Tatum is seeking a Chief Scientist Officer (CSO) with advanced expertise in blockchain technology to lead our research and development efforts. The CSO will be responsible for setting the directions of blockchain solutions that drive innovation and growth. This individual will work at the intersection of cutting-edge research and practical implementation, ensuring that blockchain based products are seamlessly integrated into our company offerings and business processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in blockchain research and development, as well as a strong leadership background in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct research and development related to blockchain technology.
• Develop and implement blockchain-based solutions across products, services, and internal systems.
• Drive the strategic vision for blockchain innovations, identifying future trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the same direction
• Build partnerships with institutions of different kinds, technology and blockchain companies

Requirements

• Extensive experience in blockchain technology, cryptography, and decentralized systems.
• Proven track record of leading R&D projects and developing innovative blockchain solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. - Managing / collaborate
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and translating scientific research into business applications.
