Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Coordinator, People & Culture to support our growing team with hiring, onboarding, and culture development. This position is full-time, remote and reports to the Senior Director, People & Culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with recruiting efforts including reviewing job descriptions, posting jobs, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and screening applicants
- Work closely with hiring managers and Sr. Director to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Support onboarding of new employees, including communication and scheduling of orientation activities
- Contribute to the employee experience through coordination and planning of events
- Assist the Senior Director with projects as needed
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience, with a preference for prior work in administration or human resources
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including past work in Sheets (or Excel)
- Proven ability to utilize discretion and best judgment when handling confidential information
- Travel to season locations as needed (approximately five times a year)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Benefits
This role is full-time, remote and is compensated at a range of $45,000- $50,000 annually. While this is the intended range, the actual compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and geographic location of the position. We anticipate the highest end of the range will be reserved for those who exceed the hiring committee’s expectations on all measures of the evaluation process.
