Role Overview:
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team and provide support to our General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, and CFO. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen attention to detail.
*This candidate must work EST hours.*
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with stock plan administration, including maintaining records, tracking grants, and facilitating employee communications
- Assist with corporate governance, organizational and housekeeping documents
- Manage internal trackers for legal documents, deadlines, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with external counsel on legal matters, including document drafting, research, and regulatory filings
- Assist with contract management, including reviewing, redlining, and organizing commercial contracts, master services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements
- Maintain the entity management database (CSC entries) and coordinate with registered agents of U.S. subsidiaries
- Provide Project Management, including stakeholder management, appropriate communication and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and support business initiatives
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, obtaining signatures, and handling correspondence
- Other duties as assigned to support the legal team and company objectives
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field and 3+ years of experience working as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience with a fast-paced start-up or SAAS environment and Paralegal certification is a plus
- Able to work primarily during Eastern Standard Time business hours
- Proficiency in Google Docs and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, work efficiently, respond promptly, and prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding initiative and work ethic with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to interact with team members, clients, and investors in a collegial and productive manner
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, exercise discretion and assume responsibility with strong critical thinking, independent judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Be of the highest integrity and uphold all ethical and compliance standards
- Experience in stock plan administration and contract management is preferred

The base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
