Cal Farley's Boys Ranch is a non-profit organization providing a continuum of care that offers mental health services, education, and community resources to children and their families throughout our surrounding communities and across the nation. Our mission is to provide professional programs and services in a Christ-centered atmosphere to strengthen families and support the overall development of children.
Cal Farley’s offers a residential community at a campus 35 miles from Amarillo, Texas that is open to children ages 5 to 18. Each year, we welcome new residents from across the nation. While they reside at Boys Ranch, children receive evidence-based, professional therapeutic services and work toward highly individualized goals.
We are seeking a driven and dedicated partner to assist our organization in attracting and sourcing high-caliber candidates for Direct Care Staff Roles.
Responsibilities:
- Research and develop a comprehensive outreach strategy to establish candidate pipelines within selected industries. Cultivate long-term relationships with selected industry partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and recruit high-caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, professional networking, and media resources.
- Build a strong pipeline with high quality candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with Professional Staffing agencies and Headhunters to establish a database of direct care staffing leads.
- Identify and qualify potential candidates who align with our organization's values and mission.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure effective and consistent delivery of candidates.
- Track outreach and recruitment efforts, analyze data, and report on progress towards achieving recruitment goals.
- Maintain robust data for use in predictive analytics and planning.
- Acts in a consultative role to HR hiring team.
- In cases of high-volume recruiting, maintain and communicate “recruiting funnels.”
- Utilize data for planning and predictions.
- Create and implement web-based and onsite events to attract potential staff to Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch, particularly with diverse audiences.
- Leverage new marketplace tools and implement new outreach strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a corporate recruiter or headhunter.
- Strong, creative sourcing experience.
- Successful at identifying and recruiting qualified talent. • Able to work independently in a remote team environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals and groups.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience using a HRIS, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
