Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative creative strategies that align with the brand's vision and goals.
- Write clear and concise creative briefs to guide the development of marketing campaigns.
- Source and collaborate with creators, influencers, and other content partners to produce high-quality content.
- Write compelling direct response copy that drives engagement and conversion.
- Design and oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand messaging and aesthetic.
- Ensure all creative content is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and tone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure creative strategies support overall marketing objectives.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices to continuously enhance creative strategies.
- Experiment with new formats, channels, and techniques to keep the brand's marketing fresh and innovative.
- Analyze the performance of creative campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize creative content and improve future campaign outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a creative strategist role, preferably within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in writing direct response copy and designing marketing materials.
- Full stack capabilities, including experience in writing briefs, sourcing creators, and managing creator relationships.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week).
- Available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
