Full Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.

- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.

- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure the highest standards of customer service.

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

- Proficient in using computers, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Must work at least 15 hours a week and have hard wired internet with own equipment
