Trex Investment Company is a leading financial institution committed to delivering exceptional investment services to individuals and businesses worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with outstanding service and support.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of clients, including retail investors, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing client needs and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process client account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently
- Record and maintain client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay updated with industry regulations and product knowledge to provide accurate information and guidance to clients
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and promote additional products and services
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software
- A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is a plus
