Requirements
We are looking for passionate Client Relations Appointment Setters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and booking client meetings over Zoom.
- You will use your knowledge and expertise to understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
- To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- You must also have a strong understanding of Zoom, Google calendar, Microsoft Excel and Calendly. Experience with employee benefits and the ability to interpret policies and plan documents is A+.
- An understanding of Roths, IRAs, 401Ks, and savings accounts and other related benefits is also A+. If you are highly motivated, possess a strong understanding of building relationships with people, have customer service skills, and have a commitment to providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
