The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order tracking.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and escalate issues that require further investigation or higher-level support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer service processes.
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
