Job Description: 

Location: Remote, online (work from home). Geographically located in the USA.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team to drive growth and improve the experience of Cloudshare’s global strategic clients. 

Along with demonstrating superb customer service experience, the main focus in this position is to drive revenue,  promote adoption, and deliver a first class experience for our customers. Our Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in our strive to exceed customers expectations while helping them grow their businesses.

Responsibilities:

* Develop, grow and manage strategic clients relationships from a financial, adoption and customer satisfaction perspective.

* Meet/exceed sales quotas and forecasts for existing accounts.

* Lead client's onboarding, adoption,expansion and customer satisfaction.

* Be a customer advocate in influencing product roadmap and improvements

* Analyze customer data to improve customer experience, usage and adoption

* Hold product trainings for customers, provide expert knowledge of our product to the customer

* Minimize customer churn.

* Tracking and analyzing account metrics

* Work with customers to better understand goals, business processes and future needs.

* Drive to continually improve our internal process for customer care

Requirements

* Fluent English speaker

* Goal oriented with passion to sell and drive business 

* Consistent over achievement of quota and revenue

* At least 2 years of prior applicable experience in post-sales, account management, customer success. Must have experience working in a SaaS solutions company. Similar experience in roles related to driving customer success and adoption are accepted.

* Experience working with Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) - Advantage 

* Knowledge of customer success processes

* Highly organized and able to multitask

* Self-driven and proactive nature. Customer service rockstar with a “can-do” approach, enthusiastic, strong work ethic

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Preferred
