Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with the company's products or services
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide guidance and support to customers in utilizing the company's products or services to achieve their business goals
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to proactively identify and address any potential issues or opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the recruitment process by identifying and attracting top talent to join the company
- Utilize performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Leverage e-commerce knowledge to optimize the customer experience and drive sales
- Utilize marketer experience to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English
- Full-time availability (30-40 hours per week)
- Experience in customer success management, recruiting, e-commerce, and performance marketing
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Ability to work in the Central European Time (CET) timezone
- Previous experience in the digital industry, particularly with Digitsonly or similar companies, is a plus
