Data Analyst

RVB Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a respected company in the industry, we prioritize leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and deliver impactful results for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets. From identifying trends and patterns to creating reports and presenting insights to key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in providing actionable recommendations for business improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns
• Clean and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Develop and maintain data models, databases, and systems
• Create reports and visualizations to present insights and recommendations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide support
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance

Requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau)
• Experience with data modeling, data manipulation, and database query languages
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and methodologies
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
