Our B2B division is at the forefront of data-centric advertising and lead generation, leveraging advanced data analytics to drive business growth and customer engagement. We are seeking a Data Product Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming data into compelling new products.
What you'll be doing…
As the Data Product Manager in the Future B2B division, you will lead the strategic and operational management of our data-centric products related to our advertising, email newsletter, and webinar programs.. This role involves assessing current data capabilities from gathering through deployment, developing strategies for data aggregation and insight generation, enhancing existing products, and creating new ones. You will work closely with the central Business Intelligence team and oversee the B2B Data Analyst to ensure our data products deliver maximum value to our clients.
- Evaluate and enhance Future B2B’s current data capabilities and tools, including SQL Server, Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, and other data technologies.
- Develop and execute a data strategy that aggregates information from multiple sources, uncovering key insights to drive product innovation, increased revenue opportunities, and business decisions.
- Lead the data components in the development and management of data-centric advertising and lead generation products, ensuring they meet market needs and contribute to business growth.
- Contribute to the evolution of our data warehouse to support data aggregation, analysis, and reporting across the organization.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to build and maintain a product development roadmap aligned to data needs.
- Collaborate with the central Business Intelligence function to align strategies and share best practices.
- Manage and mentor the B2B Data Analyst.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the data product portfolio
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in product management, with a preference for experience in advertising, lead generation, or a related B2B sector.
- Strong technical proficiency with SQL Server, Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, and other data analysis tools such as JasperSoft.
- Excellent strategic thinking and operational management skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies.
- Experience in building, managing, and evolving data warehouses and data-driven products.
- Strong management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
