DevOps Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of development tools and infrastructure to support software development efforts.
• Monitor and manage dev, staging, and production SaaS environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and communicate these effectively to the development team.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline development, testing, and release processes.
• Ensure that systems are secure and compliant with Stellar Cyber’s best practices, and proactively address any security vulnerabilities or threats.
• Work closely with the customer success team to identify technical issues and develop software updates and fixes as needed.
• Collaborate with software developers and engineers to ensure adherence to established processes and standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the DevOps team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.  Master’s Degree Preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps Manager
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
• Strong understanding of databases and microservice architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Working knowledge of performance troubleshooting and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
• Experience with software engineering, customer experience, and civil engineering is desirable.
• Experience developing engineering applications for large corporations is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Elasticsearch, Flink, Spark, Ignite, or Redis is a plus.
