As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a critical role on our marketing team responsible for the global implementation of highly visible paid media campaigns across search, display, video, and social media platforms. You will partner and collaborate with internal business units to ensure timely delivery of media campaigns, continuous testing, optimization, and sharing of insights. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute global paid digital campaigns across various channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid social, and display.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Managers, and Integrated Marketing Manager to implement campaign assets on time and within budget.
• Implement and manage Global Paid Media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc), ensuring effective targeting and assisting with budget allocation.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with regular reporting, analysis, and insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure leads flow to the correct teams and individuals promptly.
• Collaborate on special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• You have at least 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels and best practices.
• You have experience with ad platforms including: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads,  LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and Twitter.
• Must have strong understanding of digital marketing, growth/performance marketing, paid social, and paid search, including attribution, incrementality, margin, and payback/breakeven.
• You are proactive and highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to analyze and report on digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
• You are a team player, able to contribute positively to our unique company culture and work well with others.
• Ability to work under pressure and change direction as needed in a dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• You have an optimistic and positive attitude.
