As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Structure, you'll be our go-to data and analytics expert, as well as our internal authority on digital ads, SEO, and CRO. We’re excited to rely on your insights and collaborate with you to achieve extraordinary results for our team and clients.

Required Hard Skills

Communication Skills:

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Suggest innovative ways to collect and view data for powerful client results
• Collect, analyze, and create actionable insights from digital marketing data (including Meta Ads, Google Ads, organic social media, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, etc.)
• Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, etc.
• Understands data collection on social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Skilled with SEMRush or Ahrefs and excels in keyword research
• Help implement A/B tests on websites and find creative ways to gather data
• Implement tracking mechanisms such as pixels and UTMs

Advertising and SEO:

• An expert in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Able to source and create written and visual content for ads
• Apply relevant metadata to website pages and images for SEO
• Familiar with WordPress and HubSpot, including SEO optimization

Content Management:

• Manage social media accounts, post content, and track data for insights
• Can upload and edit content in various CMS platforms, CRMs, ESPs, and social media
• Map customer journeys and automations, and upload content for emails into client CRMs (like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Insightly, etc.)

Strategic Knowledge:

• Broad knowledge of modern digital strategies and best practices
• Experience in aligning marketing strategies with business goals and demonstrating clear ROI
• Experience in working with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver on objectives
• Ability to provide regular updates and performance reports to clients or management

At Structure, we believe in rewarding our team members generously for their hard work and dedication. As part of our team, you'll receive a competitive annual base salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, based on your skills and experience. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to earn extra compensation through performance bonuses and sales referrals.

We prioritize the well-being of our employees and their families by providing 100% company-paid health and dental coverage. We want you to focus on your work and life without worrying about healthcare costs.

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer 15 days of paid time off (PTO), increasing to 20 days after two years with us. You’ll also enjoy nine paid holidays throughout the year, giving you ample time to relax and recharge.

We currently offer a fully remote work environment. To ensure you have everything you need to succeed, we also provide a company computer and essential technology. Additionally, we offer a stipend to cover connectivity costs, whether it’s for your mobile phone or home internet.
