Acentra is looking for a Director of EAP Sales to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
As the Director of EAP Sales, you will be a player-coach, focused on government sales, closing opportunities with new clients, and managing the business development team in their efforts to grow our business. The focus will be on our Employee Assistance Program offering, which includes our comprehensive mental health and wellbeing program.
This role reports to the Vice President.
This is a remote position with core working hours in the EST time zone/location
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor the business development team, providing guidance and support to drive sales growth.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and drive market expansion.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government contacts, brokers, and employer groups.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that address customer needs.
· Coordinate with the proposal team on RFP/Q opportunities, while also contributing to the proposal development process.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness.
· Required Qualifications/Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
· 5 or more years of experience in healthcare sales preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in health care industry
· 3 or more years of experience in government contracting preferred, including both technical and business proposal development.
· 3 or more years of experience in a managerial or Director level role
· Must be able to travel up to 50% nationwide
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
· Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
