Radiology is the second most used healthcare service, used by over 51% of the workforce annually. Despite the critical role of radiology in healthcare, the process for undergoing a medical imaging exam has remained unchanged for decades. OneImaging is changing this by offering care management services centered on the radiology experience that ensure members receive high-quality imaging services at 4,800+ vetted providers across 48 states at rates that are 60-80% traditional insurance. We increase access to high quality care, eliminate surprise bills, and deliver immediate savings and ROI for employers and payers on every exam.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Engagement and Marketing Operations to lead our effort to drive utilization of OneImaging’s services within our growing eligible member population. This role will be a pivotal member of the team, responsible for building and leading an Engagement and Marketing Operations team that works with Customer Success, Member Services, and Product/Engineering teams to create a world-class member experience for OneImaging. The ideal candidate will have significant experience engaging consumers with (B2C) technology, ideally in digital health, and is able to combine strong technical and creative skillsets to build a successful Engagement function.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high performance Engagement and Marketing Operations teams, responsible for utilization of our services from first message through exam completion.
- Build a data-driven marketing machine that leverages data, automation, and other tools to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns within and across customers at scale
- Work with our product and technology team to develop and implement robust marketing operations infrastructure that integrates with our tech stack.
- Leverage healthcare data such as eligibility files, prior authorization feeds, and claims data to identify targeted marketing strategies that drive Utilization Rate
- Partner closely with customer and member services teams to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and execution
- Continuously iterate on creative ideas, utilizing data to refine and enhance engagement strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing new ideas and best practices to OneImaging’s marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on engagement and utilization strategies in a B2C or B2B2C environment.
- Experience in creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.
- Proven track record in setting up and scaling marketing operations, including technology stack management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong background in digital health or a related industry is highly preferred.
