Who you are
- Growth Driven: You are a self-starter who is seeking an opportunity to drive personal career advancement, gaining exposure with the Board of Directors and financial sponsors, as a trusted financial expert for the organization.
- Financial Expert: You possess deep expertise in FP&A, budgeting, financial modeling and analytics, with a track record of driving financial performance.
- Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
What you will do:
- Be the functional leader role who will lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) process for the global organization, including financial modeling and analysis, annual budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
- Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration planning.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop financial strategies and drive strategic initiatives related to M&A, revenue operations, and go-to-market strategy.
- Prepare analytics and reporting for internal stakeholders, providing insights to drive business performance and decision-making.
- Prepare and manage reporting to lenders and financial sponsors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with 2+ years of experience in a Private Equity sponsored company with direct reporting into executive leadership and Board-level/Sponsor-level reporting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record in financial modeling and strategic analysis; experience with M&A preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial software and systems; experience with Salesforce and Sage Intacct preferred.

The pay range for this role is $150,000- $170,000/ year. Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
