Job Description:

Infinite Reality is seeking a VP or Director of Integrated Marketing (title commensurate with experience) to join our growing team.  With a focus on delivering cutting-edge technologies and exceptional services, we empower businesses to thrive in today's dynamic marketplace via next generation immersive software and AI powered tools that drive commerce, community and creativity for brands and consumers alike.

As the VP/ Director of Integrated Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic ideas and concepts tailored to meet the unique needs of our enterprise clients. Working closely with the sales and creative teams, you will be responsible for crafting compelling pitch decks and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition and win new business opportunities.  

This is a critical role at a high growth company transforming the ways in which brands connect with their customers, and as a result, you will be driving innovation forward not just for our clients, but our brand and the industry at large.  We are looking for a creative thinker who can imagine first-of-their-kind capabilities and simultaneously partner with internal stakeholders to operationalize these big and bold ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ideation and Concept Development:
  • Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with client goals and showcase the capabilities of our technology and services.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies to address client needs and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.

Pitch Deck Creation:

  • Translate ideas and concepts into visually engaging and persuasive pitch decks.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and design elements.
  • Tailor pitch decks to resonate with different client audiences and industries, highlighting relevant case studies and market data, testimonials, and success stories.

Sales Support and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client objectives, challenges, and market trends and tailor proposals to address requirements.
  • Provide sales enablement materials and support to facilitate effective client presentations and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development efforts.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions and opportunities to drive mutual success.
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Execution Partnership 

  • Throughout the ideation, sales and implementation process you will partner with our execution teams, such as product, to ensure we are pitching and selling concepts that will be delivered on time and on budget

Performance Tracking and Optimization:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales marketing initiatives.
  • In collaboration with our sales and data teams, analyze performance data and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the impact and ROI of sales marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of success in sales marketing, preferably within the technology, B2B services and/ or advertising industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and Google Docs.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and tech savvy environment 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The base pay range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
