About the Role:

You know that consumers don’t actually go on journeys, right? Brands are lucky to get a touchpoint with a consumer at all, much less have consistent, deep engagement with them - especially in the upper-funnel.

But the upper-funnel is where you shine. You know that data + creative + channel + timing + secret sauce = getting attention for the right reasons. You know how to deliver messaging at scale to consumers that makes them feel like you know them, and then push them into an experience that continues that feeling. 

You have optimized marketing campaigns for years, and you know the tricks to drive results, even if those results are suboptimal last touch attributed clicks. You can game the metrics, but you believe that upper-funnel marketing is the start of customer experience with a brand. You want to leave a great impression with those experiences, so you run campaigns and configure personalization with care and thoughtfulness.

You love the design of upper funnel experiences - fun and compelling creatives, attention-grabbing copy, platform-relevant social content - and you have worked with creative teams to make these experiences special. You’ve run digital ad operations yourself, and have run a team optimizing many campaigns. You have optimized email marketing campaigns next to paid digital buys and consider them core performance drivers.

You’re a performance marketer through and through, but you love creating amazing experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead omnichannel campaign creation and optimization that powers customer acquisition and retention for TrustEngine customers
  • Optimize email deliverability across all TrustEngine customers as well as for each customer individually
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on messaging, brand, and intended engagement experience.
  • Develop a deep and broad library of core data + creative campaigns that are constantly optimized and available to customize for TrustEngine customers
  • Manage overall P&L associated with aggregate and per-customer campaign delivery
  • Build and manage a team of omnichannel optimization and creative design experts
  • Assess performance to measure the effectiveness of outreach and efficiencies of campaigns.  

Requirements

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience in ad operations, email marketing optimization or similar
  • Proven experience in delivering omnichannel acquisition/retention campaign results for large brands
  • Proven experience optimizing email campaigns and deliverability
  • Experience representing ROI analytics for omnichannel campaigns to large brand customers and company executives
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary digital marketing teams
  • Experience in marketing for financial institutions is a plus

Salary Range: $162,500 - $185,000
