Full Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Director of Partner Marketing to lead the development of a world-class partner marketing program. In this dynamic role, you will design and execute co-marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue with Tapcheck’s top timekeeping and payroll system partners like ADP, Workday, Wellsky, Paylocity, Paycor, and more. You will collaborate with internal and external resources to develop and execute communications, demand generation, and social media programs that build awareness, engagement and conversion across our partner ecosystem. 

The ideal candidate is a master collaborator and communicator who can navigate complex relationships, working closely with sales, client success, product marketing, and marketing teams to develop strategies that benefit each partner, increasing visibility, generating leads, and driving revenue for both companies. This dynamic role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, relationship building and expert communication to ensure win-win outcomes for all parties involved. Success of partner marketing activities is based on partner referrals, pipeline development, and partner-influenced revenue.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, execute and report on campaigns and initiatives marketing to, with and through partners to build awareness, engagement and conversion with partner sales teams and customers
  • Collaborate with the colleagues on the marketing team to develop partner-focused content and collateral, including presentations, emails, one-pagers, case studies, webinars, events, email, and social media campaigns
  • Collaborate with Channels and Partnerships teams to identify co-marketing opportunities and strengthen partner relationships
  • Coordinate with Events team to maximize Tapcheck involvement in partner and industry events where Tapcheck is participating
  • Build strong relationships with marketing counterparts at Tapcheck’s partners
  • Represent Tapcheck partners within the marketing team, identifying opportunities to highlight partners and promote partner events and initiatives 
  • Develop, own, and report out on success metrics via Salesforce, measuring and optimizing campaign activities to drive continuous improvement 

What You’ll Bring:  

  • 10+ years of partner marketing experience, with a proven track record of building innovative programs that drive revenue by optimizing partner relationships.
  • Collaborative work style; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Strong communicator with excellent writing skills: able to comfortably communicate plans to senior leadership as well as other internal and external stakeholders 
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with proven ability to engage and manage relationships with internal and external senior leadership teams.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment, ask questions and track down answers with confidence, and lead projects and initiatives with minimal direction 
  • Transformational leadership skills. Ability to identify the secret sauce that will elevate our partner marketing efforts to be best-in-class, even as ranked against much larger competitors and peer companies
  • Deep understanding of Partner marketing KPIs, measurement and performance assessment 
  • Background in high-growth B2B fintech and/or SaaS businesses is highly desirable 
  • Expert-level user of digital marketing toolset, including Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time

Compensation: $180,000 - $190,000 base + bonus. The actual base salary varies on job level and will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time. All applicants acknowledge that by applying to this position you understand that this specific pay range is contingent upon meeting the qualifications and requirements of the role, and for the successful completion of the interview selection and process. It is at the Company's discretion to determine what pay is provided to a candidate within the range associated with the role.
