Role Overview:

As the Director of Partnerships, you'll lead our Affiliate Management division, driving strategic partnerships and growth. You'll analyze tactics, manage campaigns, and maintain high-value relationships, all while staying aligned with our mission. This role is at the center of our partner marketing division and will be instrumental in planning and executing strategic partnerships with our network of affiliates and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze tactics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Effectively use technology for internal projects and time management.
  • Maintain and develop high-value relationships with partners.
  • Develop successful outbound campaigns.
  • Negotiate deals and pitch opportunities convincingly.
  • Solve problems and plan projects with precision.
  • Conduct research and think strategically to identify new opportunities.
  • Structure communications and outreach to new leads successfully.

Have a sense of humbleness. While you may be excellent at what you do, when it comes to tackling issues, you are open-minded and have a sense of humility. 

Some of the experience you have:

  • 2 years or more experience in a similar role at an affiliate network, agency, or brand. 
  • 3 years or more experience in the digital marketing industry working with a variety of paid and organic channels to drive e-commerce performance.
  • 3 years or more experience working with clients.

Requirements

  • Strong adaptability and interest in health & wellness.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience in analyzing tactics and managing projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to see opportunities and successfully outreach new leads.
  • Experience with managing affiliate requests.
  • Ability to make configuration changes in affiliate tracking platforms.
