About the Role
The Director of Sales Enablement will report to the VP of Sales, NorAm. This leader will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to achieve their sales goals and drive revenue growth. This individual will develop and implement strategies that enhance sales performance, streamline sales processes, and ensure alignment between sales and other key departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and scale the sales enablement team, which currently includes a sales enablement manager
- Optimize and drive the sales enablement strategy to improve effectiveness of the midmarket and enterprise sales go-to-market motion
- Develop and deliver training programs and onboarding processes for new sales hires to ensure they are well-versed in products, sales techniques, and company processes
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and development with the ability to deliver from a virtual and onsite environment
- Partner with global sales leaders, marketing and business operations to execute on key initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and product management to produce compelling sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, product demos, playbooks and case studies that enhance the sales team's ability to communicate value to prospects
- Develop and execute innovative training programs that foster interest and valued engagement
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and inform sales enablement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with sales leadership and sales operations to identify and address inefficiencies in the sales process
- Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, staying knowledgeable and informed of changes, updates and new products
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest information and strategies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Experience working in the technology industry; B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement strategies
- Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- People management experience and a passion for attracting and developing talent
- Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross team programs
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
