Position Summary
The Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Aesthetix CRM. This leadership position involves overseeing all aspects of the sales process, including inbound lead software demos, developing sales automation best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams. The Director of Sales will manage the sales pipeline, ensuring persistent follow-up to close deals. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Software Demos: Conduct and oversee all inbound lead software demonstrations to showcase the value of Aesthetix CRM to potential clients.
- Sales Automation: Develop and implement best practices for sales automation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure cohesive operations.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective management of leads through to closure.
- Deal Closure: Drive persistent follow-up strategies to ensure high conversion rates and successful deal closures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the software or CRM industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales automation tools and CRM systems.
- Experience with medical aesthetics industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
