What you are accountable for:

The Director, Omnichannel is an agency leader accountable for overseeing all aspects of the omnichannel team process and workflow including the incorporation of omnichannel strategy into complex connected, story-driven, full-funnel experiences while bringing marketplace innovation and thought leadership into the agency and to our clients. This role works in close partnership with department heads to build strong relationships across teams while also ensuring our work product is always innovative, following established best practices and flawlessly executed across the organization. As part of this responsibility, the Director, Omnichannel must cultivate a team capable of delivering outstanding customer experiences and outcomes for our clients, driving product growth and advancement throughout the organization.

What you are responsible for:

Internal

·       Ensure consistency in media plans aligned with strategic goals, incorporating innovative approaches and defined testing.

·       Collaborate with analytics teams to extract actionable insights and enhance campaign performance.

·       Drive profitability through effective workload planning, process optimization, and standardization.

·       Maintain quality control over project execution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

·       Foster strong relationships with agency partners and facilitate growth in client accounts.

·       Enable department partnership with analytics & BI teams, lead actionable media insights and outcomes from advanced analytic projects and platforms

·       Deliver defined optimization approach, ensuring all plans are quantifiably different by close of campaign compared to what was approved

·       Integrate omnichannel strategy into overall agency planning and oversee execution across media platforms, specialists, and managers

·       Troubleshoot issues/concerns and work with online partners to resolve as needed

·       Research, test, and evaluate new data providers, DSP’s and other partners

·       Ensure omnichannel team is accurately tracking all financial processes in a timely manner

·       Serves as advisor and mentor to planning groups, and leads the team in flawless and accountable execution

Customers

·       Look for and deliver new and innovative solutions to client business issues and challenges, that can take shape of POVs to deliver to client through Client Services

·       Lead and deliver agency account growth initiatives

·       Translate marketing goals and brand positioning into viable media communication strategies and ideas across omnichannel landscape

·       Discover and deliver new test opportunities and ‘firsts’ to drive innovative solutions to executing omnichannel campaigns based on specific client business issues and challenges

·       Work closely with account and media leads to ensure strong senior client relationships on select group of accounts

·       Act as a core participant in development and delivery of agency RFP responses and pitches, as applicable

·       Oversee and contribute to the creation of customer case studies and award submissions

Market Knowledge

·      Stay abreast of platform improvements and new offerings in the omnichannel space

·      Specialize in topics that require cross-team collaboration; provide agency guidance/POV development, as applicable

·      Core understanding and knowledge across digital media landscape and where omnichannel intersects

·      Experience with all media buying models; Open Exchange, Direct, PG, PMP

·      Participate and contribute to agency thought leadership initiative, as applicable

·      Communicate with partners on latest and greatest ad tech in the industry

·       Management Responsibilities

·      Build and foster a team environment that yields strong individual and team performance as well as knowledge sharing

·      Be a role model and advocate for teamwork and collaboration across the agency and with partners

·      Direct line management, mentoring, and coaching of team ensuring best practices are shared and maintained

·      Ensure process and activation best practices are used across omnichannel team

·      Mentor team members regarding omnichannel best practices and internal processes

·      Support internal training and development initiatives specific to social media best practices and internal processes

·       9+ years experience in a digital marketing environment, agency and/or client experience

·       5+ years experience in strategy and planning of B2B media campaigns

·       6+ years managing a team of direct reports

·       2+ international and/or cross-regional experience

·       2+ years experience designing and leading B2B media strategy across multiple teams and functions globally

Our compensation philosophy is commensurate with the type of teammates we are seeking to join us. 

As a fair, equitable, and open company, we have established compensation ranges that are visible and transparent. We use various market and data-driven salary sources to determine a salary range for each role. Your salary is based upon the skills and experience you bring along with the salary range established for your role. The goal is to ensure that Just Global teammates have salaries that are highly competitive, regardless of where they live. 

In addition to your base salary and our flexible working policy, you will enjoy market-leading employment benefits that support you as whole human being. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary non-contractual profit share, which is based on company performance, because when we succeed as a company, we all get to share in that success. 

The base salary range for this role is $144,000-175,000. Compensation is determined by location and prior experience.
