In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of our client services department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and delivering personalized experiences based on consumer needs and preferences. With a client base of over 3,500 brands, including Fortune 500 companies, Acoustic is dedicated to providing innovative marketing solutions that empower marketers to effectively engage with their target audience.

As the Director, Pre-Sales and Global Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives and develop tailored strategies to meet their unique business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital marketing, marketing analytics, content management, personalization, mobile marketing, and marketing automation solutions. Your expertise in client relationship management and deep understanding of marketing technologies will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, providing strategic guidance and support throughout their engagement with Acoustic.
  • Drive the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated marketing solutions that align with clients' objectives.
  • Lead and manage the client services team, providing direction, mentoring, and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of client presentations, proposals, and reports, ensuring they effectively communicate the value and benefits of Acoustic's solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to proactively identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in client services or account management, preferably in the marketing technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large client accounts and driving client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies, including marketing automation, personalization, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
