The Director of Product Management is a new position reporting to the head of Product. The right candidate will strengthen our competitive positioning across tiers from features, tools, power, performance, benchmarking, and cost perspectives, and use those to ensure that we have the best-in-class roadmap for our products.
Salary: total compensation of 140,000 - 220,000 location based.

The Director of Product Management, Tools, and DevOps will be responsible for defining and managing the tool portfolio of the company. While we have already released our first tools MOSA.ic VIE, we are at the early stage to define our portfolio, and this is a unique and great opportunity to have a huge impact on the company growth in new segments of the market. You combine hands-on leadership with an entrepreneurial mentality. You will be committed to listening to customers, looking at facts based on industry thought leadership.
Requirements
Dir. Of Product Management Responsibilities
- Assessing trends and market requirements to translate into product roadmap.
- Execute through engineering the commit product roadmap
- Continuously evaluating the competitive landscape to ensure proper positioning
- Creating business case and ROI analysis to support the roadmap investments
- Create the product requirement, backlog for the engineering organization to deliver on time, on feature and on budget
- Supporting the marketing team to create marketing and sales enablement material
- Presenting the Product Portfolio at various customer facing, industry conferences events and partner meetings
- Working with the sales organization in supporting growth in the top strategic and lighthouse accounts
- Operating as a key member of the senior management team with a growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership and accountability
Dir. Of Product Management Skills and Experience
- • Proven experience with products and technologies such as Cloud Native, Software Factory, Pipeline, CI/CT for IoT/Edge applications with 10+ years of experience in Product Management• Great understanding of customer business issues, challenges, strategic direction as well as the ecosystem relevant to the OT market• Expert in how cyber, security and safety compliance need to be supported in high integrity systems.• Experience in Data/Analytics both on the host /cloud and edge device• Knowledge of Secure Engineering principles throughout the lifecycle of development, deployment, and orchestration of edge devices.• Experience in security best practices to guide engineering teams towards building software solutions that are secure by design and secure by default.• Highly desirable expertise in A&D and/or Industrial• Mastering the creation of PRD, user stories, market sizing.• Success in defining and releasing into the market at least 3 products in the past 5 years.• Knowledge in either A&D or Industrial market• Extremely comfortable to engage with customer at all levels from engineer to senior business level positions.• Great interpersonal communication skills and great speaker to represent the company during events• Real competence in gathering market and competitive information and assimilating this into the company portfolio• Hand on with ability to move easily between product, services, marketing, strategy, and technical discussions• Natural influence management skills with the ability to establish strong, collaborative working relationships with several stakeholder • • Able to work with ITAR information when needed• BSEE/CS or equivalent required, MBA a plus.• 25 % Travel required
